Landlord Management

Private landlords of commercial and retail property need assistance in the day to day administration of their property that only a trained professional can offer.

Some of the issues that landlords must consider are:

  • Annual Fire Safety Statement compliance;
  • Repairs and Maintenance to the building;
  • Renewal of Lease
  • Market Review of rent
  • Exercise of Options
  • Budgets and Reconciliation of Outgoings where tenants pay Outgoings
  • OH & S Regulations
  • Evacuation Training
  • Tenant Breach of Lease
  • Mediation in the case of retail dispute
  • Make Good requirements
  • Putting in place contracts for lifts, cleaning, security, fire services, insurances.

Retail Lease Solutions can assist with all these matters. These days, with compliance such a necessity, it is important that landlords comply with current building codes and statutory bodies such as Council, Water, Electricity.

We can assist on any one issue or we can take on the management in full. We represent landlords who require our services on a daily basis in the management of their buildings in the CBD of Sydney. We do not collect rent on their behalf, but we look after any of the tenants’ concerns, attend to repairs and maintenance and obtaining quotes, and lease vacant office suites. We are much cheaper than larger firms which have high overheads and which provide an array of reports which landlords do not necessarily require.

We provide a hands on approach to such management and we’re very good at what we do.
